Are you between the ideal ages of 27 and 45? Do you want to immigrate to Canada under NOC 13102 – Payroll administrators?

You can apply to the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) by submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI) after meeting the eligibility requirements and scoring at least 60 points, and once invited through the regular draws, you get to submit your documents for evaluation and decision on nomination to gain additional 600 points on your Comprehensive Ranking Score (CRS) if using express entry or occupation in demand and proceed to apply for Canadian Permanent Residence (PR).

We have developed this SINP Self-Assessment and Trend Analysis Tool to share knowledge and solution with professionals in NOC 13102 – Payroll administrators to enable them to assess their eligibility for SINP, perform historical trend analysis of the draws for NOC 13102 – Payroll administrators, which is an Occupation in Demand in the Saskatchewan Province and estimate their chance of invitation on the next draws, take time to follow up on actions needed to prepare for the program, and gather adequate proof of education and training, age, language ability, working experience and connection with the Province to gain a nomination.

The Lists of Factors such as the Eligible Occupation in Demand List which has all the occupations in demand in the Province of Saskatchewan, the Excluded Occupation List, which specifically mention occupations that are not eligible for SINP, in other words, not needed, including other relevant information for assessing eligibility, information on english proficiency scores, and education credential assessment for Canadian equivalency and the required proof of fund.

The Eligibility Assessment Tool is an excel version of the online eligibility tool or the SINP Point Calculator, designed for determining your score based on the eligibility assessment grid points which award points for level of education and training, years of working experience in the last 5 years prior to submission of application and the last 6 to 10 years; first and second language ability i.e., English and French; age and connection with the province. The minimum eligibility points is 60 and the highest is 110 points.

The Source Data is where we have built a database of draws for NOC 1432 (i.e. 2016 version) or 13102 (i.e. 2021 version) from inception to date (check the change log for latest update) to set the tone for users to continue to build on it and continue to look out for an invitation based on the bi-weekly selection results published by SINP.  Users only have to update the draw number, date of the draw, the points invited for express entry and/or occupation in demand, indicate where the NOC was invited, and the pathways invited, and the total invitation issued. The data provided on this section will automatically update on the invitation trend analysis report and upon a click on refresh all button the report will update on the dashboard.  

The Invitation Trend Analysis is a tool for evaluation your assessment score against the previous drawn points that received Invitation to Apply (ITA) in order to ascertain the chances of your points being drawn in the coming months for effective planning purpose. Users are able to make meaningful judgement based on data about their chances of invitation in the SINP and have the needed justification for going the extra mile to increase their point over a predefined timeline. The analysis also determines days since the last invitation, how many times your points have been drawn and why you cannot afford to miss the golden opportunity of receiving an ITA.

The Dashboard is dynamic and provides insight into the number of draws to date (check the change log for latest update) and the invitations your occupation has received for respective EOI points and compares current and past years trend to provide insight into the strategic direction of the SINP in respect of whether the focus is on outlanders or inlanders and how fast or slow the program is depleting invitations against the set quota for the year. The dashboard also offers perspective into the trend of draws since inception to estimate chances of invitation and ascertain the possibility of your points getting invited based on the historical data.

The Action Tracker is the tool for tracking all actions needed to prepare for the SINP including IELTS preparation and tracking of the test result which expires after 2 years and education credential assessment report which expires after 5 years. The tracker helps users to have an overview of all needed actions, set start and finish dates, record costs involved and update action status such as completed, in progress or not started. This helps users to not miss out on any important eligibility factor.

The Proof of Experience Tracker is a tool for listing all past and current employment in a single occupation i.e., health and safety in this case to ascertain if they fit in the last 5 years and last 6 to 10 years in order to claim the maximum points for experience as an eligibility factor. The tracker also lists the set of documents needed to proof working experience which must be retained as record to submit to the SINP within 60 days of receiving an invitation. The documents include reference letters that meet the SINP requirements, supported with additional documents such as social security statements, pay slips, employment contracts, evidence of work done etc. including other relevant document to proof self-employment.

The Savings Tracker is a special tool for tracking monthly savings and cash inflows to meet the required fund for your family size that intents to immigrate with you to the province. The tracker auto-populates the required funds based on the size of family and systematically organizes the savings drive of the user to ensure they have the required funds that have aged for at least 3 months in the user’s account before submission of an application upon an ITA.

This is a complete tool for safety professionals who need guidance from Sel. It is simply a Microsoft excel file hence no installation is required and can run on both Windows and Mac and is compatible with Microsoft Excel 2013 (+ Later Version)
