Excluded Occupation List from SINP Express Entry and Occupation in Demand Categories

If you are looking immigrate to Canada using the SINP as an international skilled worker, it is important to make sure your NOC code is not on the excluded occupation list from SINP’s Express Entry and Occupation in Demand Categories.

The excluded occupation list is the list of occupations that are not eligible for Occupation in Demand and Express Entry subcategories.

These occupations may however be eligible for other programs including international skilled work: employment offer subcategory but not EE and OID categories.

For persons outside of the province, your best luck is to make sure your NOC code is not on the list as this could be your showstopper.
